REVIEWS of the NDG Encore Singing Chorus

I have to tell you that the energy could have been 1 million different things, but the energy tonight was exactly what I was hoping it would be. Thank you! I’ve never said that before in my life.
I was hoping that it was going to be chill, and not too serious, not too intense, friendly, and not super high expectations because I just wanted to have fun, not feel under pressure. I’m under pressure all day long, so I wanted a relaxing event.
Everyone was super friendly.

I love singing. So when I heard about the NDG Encore Singing Chorus and the TV theme songs that we are going to sing I got excited!!! I am having so much fun!!!!
I used to sing in a church choir, which was great, but singing in this chorus is so much fun. And the love the songs that we are singing!!!

I showed up just to listen to people sing. I am too shy to sing myself, but it was such a fun environment and so welcoming I got to try singing with everyone and it was so much fun! I will definitely stop by when I am in the area.

The thing that really got me, was that when I arrive just to watch the rehearsal, I was given a lyric book and was asked to pick the songs that I wanted them to sing. We get to choose the songs! After the first hour of the chorus practicing their main songs, the second hour was just asking everyone to pick songs from the lyric book for all of us to sing together just for fun. I was not planning on singing but since I got to choose songs from the book that I grew up watching, it was easy. I picked two songs and sang it with the group. I was tired when I first got there after a long week, ( I almost did not go) but I am glad I shoed up, because I left so happy and feeling really good.
